Michelle E. Williams, MS,  SPHR, SHRM-SCP is a natural-born leader and a catalyst for growth within higher education, government, and healthcare sectors. With a passion for providing organizations with creative human resource solutions that bring results, Michelle’s 26 years of experience as a SHRM-SCP encompasses policy design, project management, labor negotiations, conflict resolution, training and development, and talent recruitment and selection. Michelle’s strong communication skills and down-to-earth perspective make her relatable to business professionals at all levels, whether interacting with her one-on-one or within a classroom setting. She is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at one of Baltimore’s Education Institutions, Cecil College. She is also an Adjunct Professor at several institutions of higher education where she teaches Human Resource courses.
