DEI & THE LAW: Why & How are They Important in Education and the Workplace?

KASSEM LUCAS, JD is a partner in the Business Litigation Group and heads the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) practice at the Philadelphia, PA office of law firm Troutman Pepper LLP. Having his expertise in insurance, he litigates and arbitrates complex reinsurance disputes and advises insurers, reinsurers, and state insurance departments on insurance insolvency matters.
